Who is this package for?
Our Custom Brand Package is for entrepreneurs, creatives, and small to medium businesses who want a brand built from the ground up or a refreshed identity on top of a fully functional website. It’s designed for those who want a strategic and visually thoughtful online presence where every detail works from identity to build.
If you already have a brand that you love, our Website Foundation Package might be better solution for you.
What is the process of getting a brand and website done?
At Gavida Media Co., we value high quality and collaboration, so we keep you up to date in every key step, from design to setup to post-launch.
It starts with a strategy call where we dive into ideas, goals, and direction for the project. Afterwards, we’ll send you concepts, colour palette, and type options based on our call.
Once your brand is finalized, we’ll collaborate closely on strategy, language, and take care of the technical setup of your site. Like all our websites, we don’t use cookie cutter templates. Instead we work with pre-designed sections we’ve built ourselves, each one crafted to work seamlessly together.
By the end of the project, you’ll receive your personalized brand suite along with the tools you need to manage your site independently and confidently.
And don’t worry! You can still lean on us for support if things go south or when major changes come along.
What is your turnaround time?
The entire process is collaborative and intentionally paced. The full journey from building your brand to launching your website can take 1 to 2 months.
Because of how integrated everything is, we only take a few Brand Foundation projects in a year, so contact us as soon as possible!
Will my website be limited to only four pages?
Not at all! If you need more pages for your website, we can discuss a custom package or add-ons over our discovery call.
Will I be able to make updates on my own?
Absolutely! Towards the end of the project, I will be preparing a series of video tutorials that details how to make updates and minor layout changes, as well as a care package outlining a summary of the project and resources for your post-launch needs and beyond.
Do you take care of hosting & domains?
During our strategy call, we’ll secure your domain(if you don’t already have one) and setup hosting together.
Do you also provide photo and video content services for the Brand Foundation Package?
At the moment, I only offer photo and video content services within Victoria, BC. If you’re located outside of Victoria, please contact me and mention it in your inquiry submission.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! For our Brand Foundation Package, we offer flexible payment plans that can be split across 2 to 4 months, depending on the scope of your project.
